Booking & Deposit Policy

Please review our deposit and cancellation guidelines prior to reserving your appointment. Clear policies allow our specialists to prepare dedicated time and resources for your bespoke glow session.

Discounted Vouchers & Facials

Deposit Required: A 20% deposit is required to secure your facial appointment (required every time you book discounted vouchers). This deposit must be received at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, it cannot be returned to the original payment method.

Transferable

Transferable with 48h Notice

Deposits may be transferred to a different appointment date or time, or applied toward a different service—provided the transfer request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Notice Period

Cancellations

48-hour cancellation notice is required. All cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

48 Hours or More Before

Contact us to discuss transfer options for your deposit toward a new appointment date or service.

Less Than 48 Hours Before

Your deposit is forfeited, non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to a new appointment.
